Neurodivergence rarely arrives in my office looking like ADHD, AUTISM, or AUDHD.
It looks like a relationship that has become inexplicably consuming and impervious to the usual conventional interventions. A conflict that won't end. Rejection that feels catastrophic. Overwhelm. Rumination. Extreme freeze reactions to a partner's emotional animation. A partner who has become the organizing center of someone's emotional world. A partner who is easily overwhelmed or overstimulated.
Beneath it may be years of masking, adaptation, freezing, fighting, rejection sensitivity, attachment injury, relational hyperfocus, or extreme emotional withdrawal—often in someone who has spent a lifetime believing they were too sensitive, too much, or somehow failing at relationships.
Sometimes the relationship doesn't create the problem.
It reveals the architecture that was already there.

An AI self-inquiry for individuals and couples.
We tend to think the problem is the fight, the person, the breakup, the thing we can't stop thinking about.
But the thing we're focused on is rarely the whole story.
The CORE Mirror helps you follow the pattern back—to what keeps repeating, what you're protecting, and why this particular relationship has such a hold on you.
*The Core Mirror is NOT therapy or a substitute for therapy.*
